The Venue of International Conferences on Science and Technology (ICONST 2023) is Fakultet za Biznis i Turizam, Budva (FBT).

Faculty of Business and Tourism in Budva, Montenegro is the first study program of hospitality management in Montenegro and one of the few in the Region. Faculty was founded in 2009. and it is located in Budva, the largest tourist center in Montenegro. Believing that the development of modern tourism and hospitality is a great opportunity for talented young people to develop a successful business career, we have developed a high quality study program of modern education and research in the field of tourism and hospitality management.The program is developed in cooperation with the leaders in the hospitality and tourism industry, and represents an optimal mix of academic knowledge and practical skills. The Faculty is running many projects in inovative tourism and implementing science in hospitality tourism, on national and international basis.
